Unwonted AB is responsible for the data you send us.

Unwonted AB, organisation number 559455-9402, is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. Please do not include sensitive personal data that we have not asked for.

We do not sell personal data. We keep data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.

We use contact details to respond and stay in touch.

• Handle inquiries and recruitment requests.
• Evaluate potential customer or partner projects.
• Communicate about services, opportunities and work-related discussions.
• Meet legal and contractual obligations.

Our legal basis is normally our legitimate interest in responding to business and recruitment inquiries, taking steps at your request before entering an agreement, or meeting a legal obligation.

The contact form uses Formspree and Google reCAPTCHA.

Form submissions are processed by Formspree so they can be delivered to us. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the form from automated abuse and is loaded only when you open the form. These providers may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details under their own terms.

We do not currently use website analytics or advertising trackers.

You can ask for information or deletion.

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Use our contact form and state that your request concerns personal data.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
